Chickens

We now also have chickens. These were semi-rescue hens that an elderly gentleman could no,longer cope with looking after. There are 6 of them and although we don't know for sure, one looks like a Buff Orpington (a fat cuddly looking golden colour hen) and the other six may be Marans (various shades of speckled grey plumage with a golden sheen on the neck).

We also now have two Cochins (April 2016), which I'll try and get a better picture of soon.
